First,
let me thank you for writing such an excellent, user friendly program. I received
the program on Wednesday morning (great service guys - it was actually New Years
Day Australian Time!) and within minutes I was looking at the images my wife and
I thought we had lost of our recent European vacation. I have to say that if I

My wife and I wish
to thank you for finding and returning our photos. I had just taken 100 images
of my son's first birthday. That evening I formatted the flash card on my camera,
thinking the images had been downloaded to my hard drive. Unfortunately I was
wrong - they were gone. After a day of panic, Norton tools and other software,
I called the camera manufacturer to find out if there was any way to recover images
off a formatted disk - they said the data was gone. I really had given up hope,

With a new
digital camera and a new 32MB Flash Card, I went to a once-in-a-lifetime convention
in the Nevada desert. I took about 60 irreplaceable pictures in the first two
days. At that time the card or camera began to behave improperly and ultimately
told me I had no pictures at all on the card. I ceased using the card immediately
and instead began relying on another 16MB card of different manufacture. I took
an additional 150 pictures in the remaining 6 days with no apparent problems.
At home I sought help -- searched the internet for data recovery possibilities. I found a site called FlashCardFix.com. That name alone gave me hope. After inquiry, I sent my bogus card to them.
After they received it they informed me they'd recovered all of my files. In fact they recovered more files than I thought I'd lost! Two days after this good news I had in hand -- by insured mail -- my card and its recovered data on a CD-R.

My friend was devastated
when over 200 of his pictures taken in San Francisco suddenly disappeared from
his CF card! These were pictures of his study trip and even of his sister's graduation!
He almost went nuts!! He asked me whether it was possible to retrieve his data
and I looked around till I chanced upon your site! Your mediaRECOVER software
is a miracle!!! He is so relieved! I thought the software was kind of expensive

Your software was
referenced in a column in our local newspaper. I had almost 200 pictures on a
corrupt smart media card that the local "best" photo shop could not
recover. I decided it was worth the $39 to try your software package.
These were pictures of my first trip to Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center so I was terribly upset that all my pictures were gone. I downloaded your package and ran it on my card and got every one of my pictures back! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am. A good friend in Florida (with whom I had gone to the Disney parks) sent me a recreated CD with a lot of the same pictures, but having my own is so exciting! I cannot thank you enough. It is true what they say about the best things coming in small packages. I would not hesitate to recommend your product to anyone!

etc.
On my next to last day I tried to delete one picture but without my glasses I accidentally hit delete all! Before I figured out what I had done and pulled the batteries out, I had wiped out about 2/3 of my pictures. I was distressed to say the least. I took one picture after that and then decided that maybe I could find some software to undelete them. I bought your software a couple of days ago and was able to retrieve about 130 of them (Gettysburg, Harpers Ferry, Monticello)which definitely made me a lot happier.

A family member just spent a week in Cozumel scuba diving and took about 70 pictures with her smart media card. When she returned home she had a problem with the card and it got reformatted by mistake. I found your software and was able to recover all of the pictures. I would recommend this to any one.

We just went to
Bangkok and accidentally I formatted the compact-flashcard while it's still in
the camera (Minolta Dimage S404) and I was already given up until my friend told
me that I may be able to recover the pictures. I searched on the internet and
came upon flashcardfix.com and ordered the software. It recovered 99% of the missing
pictures!!!!
I'm really glad I bought the software. Now we have some pictures to show our friends.

let you know that I was happy to retrieve most of my pictures. I had checked the
pictures on the camera before I took the memory stick to the camera shop to save
to a CD while on vacation. They told me they could not save the pictures as the
disk showed format error. I don't know if they damaged the stick but after that
I could not show them on the camera. But it still showed 69 pictures taken. So
I knew something must have been on the stick but just knowing how to retrieve
them was a problem. When I got home and showed them on the computer, the numbers
came up but could only pull up 1 picture. I had called Sony technical service
and they said I could not retrieve the pictures and I would have to do a reformat
and then to see if the memory stick was still good. That didn't give me much hope,
so I was checking the memory stick with the computer and decided as a last resort
I would do the scan disk. Then I was able to pull up 3 pictures, next I did the
defragment and that's when I got a few more pictures and some were 1/4, 1/2 and
3/4 pictures. I still was not ready to give up so I was reading a digital magazine
and decided to email the Q&A column to see if anyone else had solved this
problem. The mail box was full and I kept getting a returned email. Then I started
searching the web for "recovery of memory sticks and came across you web
site. I was thrilled to be able to pull up the one picture on the demo. After
using your software 81 pictures was retrieved and of them 59 were excellent. Probably
if I had not done the scan and defragment I would have been able to retrieve all
69 in good shape. I am well please that I was able to save the 59 and will certainly
tell my friends of you web site. Thanks for your help and expertise. I am certainly
one not to give up easily and feel so fortunate that I was lucky enough to find
your web site. I have had my Sony DSC85 digital camera since last August 2001.
I have 7 memory sticks and have taken over 5000 pictures and this is the first
time I have had a problem with a memory stick. I am an artist and travel a lot.
I love doing the digital photos.

I'm very very happy!
I'd lost 204 photos but by your program I'd restored 198 of them....... These
are photos of my honeymoon and I can't remake them. I'm Italian and I gone in
Hawaii on honeymoon. When I lost my photos I'd phone to an Italian media recovery
enterprise and they told me that to recover my card I must pay from 1500$ to up....
when I restored my photo I thought that the world is beautiful because you and
your program exist....
I think that in the future I make always a photos by digital camera because by your program I'm sure that I save my photo on CD.

What a little life
saver, after spending an afternoon taking pictures of a new warehouse 75 miles
away one of our secretaries accidentally deleted all images on the media
The small outlay saved me driving back and redoing the photos.
This software paid for itself in one go. And of course it will happen again won't it.

Ok. That worked.
Problem solved. I was able to grab about 96% of the photos I thought were lost
forever. Thanks for your help. It's great software. Now my family won't kill me
for erasing the vacation pictures.

Just thought I'd let you know that my $40 was well spent given that a corrupted SmartMedia disc and loss of images, meant that models used on a shoot in Boise, Idaho, last week needed to return.
This would have meant another round trip of 8 hours plus for 2 of the models in Utah, and a 3 hour r/t for a Twin Falls, Idaho, model. Then factor in the expense to me for going that route, and you might get the idea that I'm well pleased . . . but also relieved!
It was 'scary' to format the disc thinking the images might be lost this way, but it worked a treat.
